Objectives
The objective of the project is economically empower 250 women living with HIV.
Expected results
Increased productivity, enhanced knowledge and increased capacity of the target women running their own group businesses, increased participation of local government authorities mainly at woreda level.
Impact indicators
The long term impact of the project is the improvement of the target groups' economic wellbeing and statues. This can be translated into the better fulfill their immediate needs of their families and themselves (including the provision of shelter). Improved economic wellbeing will also allow women to send their children to school, as well as improve their access and adherence to retro-viral medications.
